Gin Eva

Gin Eva is a gin distilled in Mallorca using a series of products born from the island's soil. The ingredients of this beverage include citrus fruits from the Sóller Valley and olive trees from the Serra de Tramuntana. Juniper plays a significant role in the artisanal production of this liquid. Stefan Winterling and Eva Maier have been able to create a purely Mediterranean gin.
