Tomeu Lassio

The restaurant Tomeu Lassio offers a tasting menu based on traditional Mallorcan cuisine. Since 2014, the chef from Lloseta has been preparing dishes from the island's recipe book that he has updated under two premises: to cook paying full attention to the five senses and letting himself be carried away by creativity.
