About the villa

The outside area of the house has an 8,5 x 4,5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.6m to 2m. In the surrounding area there is 1 outdoor shower, a total of 7 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas to relax while sunbathing. Note that on the street where the house is located there are 2 electricity towers. These towers do not produce any annoying sounds. Within the property there is a paved area including the parking area which has a total of 380m2. In the exterior area of the house there are 2 porches, a 15m2 one at the entrance and a furnished 30m2 one where there is the fixed barbecue, sink; and where you can enjoy fantastic moments with your loved ones. The privacy of the villa is partial and you can park a total of 5 vehicles, 4 outdoors and 1 in the garage.
