Son Jover

At Son Jover, they have been producing organic cheeses since 1992, using only milk from their own farm and from native breeds of animals (Mallorcan Red Sheep and Malagueña Goats). They create a wide variety of artisanal cheeses, each one mild, aromatic, and flavorful. Every cheese is a unique expression of the richness of the surrounding fields and mountains.
