The cook from Selva is involved in her projects Miceli, La Barra de Miceli and Arrels by Marga Coll, in which she reinterprets her particular vision of traditional Mallorcan cuisine. We talked to her at the Mercat d'Inca to tell us about this personal journey to the gastronomic roots of Mallorca.
